Keith is the Global Co-Head of Citi’s Sustainability & Corporate Transitions Group, Investment Banking . In this role, Keith leads Citi’s sustainability engagement with its corporate clients, supporting them with strategic and M&A advice, financing and capital markets solutions, and investor engagement, as they transition their businesses towards more sustainable models. 

Prior to Citi, Keith was the CEO of The B Team, an NGO comprised of a group of 24 CEO’s of global companies, leading entrepreneurs, and civil society leaders to drive a better way of doing business. Keith was an active participant in the Paris Climate Agreement process and the launch of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and led the creation of the first “net-zero companies” in 2015. He was a Founding Board Member of the We Mean Business climate coalition.

Keith was the Head of Investment Banking, a Partner, and Board Member of Goldman Sachs in Australia. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, he was a Managing Director at UBS. Keith commenced his career as a commercial lawyer for Allen, Allen & Hemsley.

Keith is the Founder of impact investing company, NEUW Ventures SA; a Director the Villars Institute; a founder of the Climate Leaders Coalition; a Director of the EO Wilson Biodiversity Foundation; a Governor of WWF Australia; a member of the Stakeholder Committee of Michelin; and a member of the Strategic Advisory Group of Business for Nature.  

He holds the following qualifications: Bachelor of Economics; Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws (Sydney University); Advanced Management Program (INSEAD); and Master of Studies in Sustainability Leadership (Cambridge University, UK). He was elected as an International Fellow of the Explorers Club in 2022. 

Joachim von Schéele has been working with manufacturing industries, predominantly in steel, minerals, and metals production, but also in automotive, and chemical sectors, etc.
With a mix of metallurgical research and consultancy background, Joachim von Schéele joined the industrial gases industry in 1996. Since then, he has served in many different technical and commercial management roles at AGA, BOC, and Linde, and been actively doing business in more than 40 countries around the world. After a decade in Asia, first in India as VP for South Asia and then in China heading Application Development & Sales for Asia-Pacific, he is since 2020 based in Munich, Germany, pursuing his current role at Linde.
Focusing on decarbonisation including use of hydrogen, Joachim von Schéele is very much engaged in driving the sustainability agenda supporting steel, metals, mining, and other hard-to-abate industries to achieve measurable progress and success.
Joachim von Schéele has published more than 200 papers, mainly on energy and emission conservation, recycling, and production, and authored chapters in five books, including on China in ‘Touching Hydrogen Future – Tour Around the Globe’. He has served as a member of more than 30 boards of companies, associations, and research and education organizations, and is included in Who’s Who in the World, Who’s Who in Engineering, and Who’s Who in Asia, and he holds seven patents related to metallurgical production. 
Joachim von Schéele received his MS and PhD from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden, and a BA from Stockholm University.

Osamu has more than 25 years of experience in energy industry as engineer, consultant, business development, and recent 10＋ years is focused on technology and business development of hydrogen carrier technology.
Osamu has planned and developed world first global hydrogen supply chain demonstration project by LOHC-MCH technology between Brunei Darussalam and Japan in 2020, and shifted his role to the commercial projects development since 2019 in Asia and Europe. Now in charge of hydrogen and CCU, Digital business development focused on European market since 2022 toward commercialization of carbon neutral technology.

Sébastien Lecarpentier is Hydrogen manager in Axens located in Rueil-Malmaison, France. He is in charge of the low carbon hydrogen activities in New Development & Transformation Business Division in Axens since 2022. He joined Axens in 2006 after being R&D engineer in TOTAL. Before his current position, he was Technical Services group manager in charge of industrial units start-up and operating follow-up activities.

Thierry Lepercq is a serial entrepreneur in energy. He is the founder of HyDeal, a developer of green hydrogen projects in Spain (aiming at delivering 150 kt/y from 2028 at fossil fuel parity) and North Africa.
Thierry Lepercq is the author of Hydrogen is the New Oil. He was EVP Technology and Innovation at Engie from 2016 to 2018. From 2006 to 2016, he was the president of Solairedirect, a global pioneer of competitive solar power, which has developed and built 3 GW of capacity on four continents at prices as low as 20 $/MWh. 
A graduate from HEC Paris, Thierry Lepercq started his career in technology financing.
